Campaign Instagram Page

I have now started to create mockups of an Instagram page for my campaign. Previous critique comments mentioned that since the issue addresses the effects of social media, obviously there needs to be social media elements to the design and how the message is communicated.

Instagram was most appropriate as it is one of the most popular social media platforms, and probably the one that has the most negative effects on self esteem and mental health- linking to my research and message.

Social media is also relevant to my target audience in general (18-24 year olds) as they are the most active age group online. Furthermore, the Instagram page also aims to promote the publication, the posts take their references from snippets and selected pages from the publication with links on how to access the full publication, e.g. 'click the link in the bio to find out how to receive the publication'. However, the publication would also be available for free in universities and colleges (where the target audience can access it) so i'm not sure whether the Instagram page would need links on how to get the publication, this is something I can discuss in a critique. Also, the posters that I have created will provide the Instagram username on them, so that people can find out more information about the campaign from them.
